Delete Your Account

You can delete your Jidoc account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

• Open Jidoc and go to Account.
• Choose Sign out to end the session on this device, or contact us to delete the account entirely.

By email

Email hello@jidoc.io from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account and all associated content — captured items, summaries, mind maps, the entity graph, and the search index — from backend storage.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, "About me").
• All captured items and their AI-generated outputs.
• Any active AI-assistant connector links and connected sources.
